Location is fantastic for exploring historic sites. Our room wasn't very clean and had some maintenance issues. The rooftop pool was a nice escape after a long day. Happy hour at the bar was limited, but the staff was friendly.

The location is perfect for visiting historical sites and local dining options are plentiful. Our room had peeling paint and housekeeping wasn't consistent. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus after a day of exploring. Overall, not a bad stay but some areas need improvement.

Location is perfect for walking to attractions. The staff treat you like family, super helpful with everything.

It wasn't the cheapest stay but it was worth it.

The location was perfect, just steps away from everything important. Enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool, but the hotel really could use a facelift. Rooms were a bit cluttered and not thoroughly cleaned. There was leftover hair in the bathroom, and the ice bucket was unusable. Staff were friendly initially but seemed overwhelmed later. Wi-Fi was spotty at best, and I struggled with housekeeping that left me without extra towels. A disappointing experience with the bar running low on supplies. On the plus side, Tamika from housekeeping was a bright spot, always willing to help.

I loved how everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away, like the Liberty Bell and the National Constitution Center, both less than a 10-minute stroll, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable; plus the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a microwave and a spacious mini fridge. Although the hotel could use a little updating and the AC was quite noisy, the overall experience was great!

My experience at Wyndham Philadelphia-Historic District was exceptional. The hotel's proximity to the Liberty Bell and local attractions made sightseeing easy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the friendly staff truly enhanced our visit. I also appreciated the clean room and handy laundry facilities. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and excellent bed. Amenities were decent, and the location is prime for exploring. several issues detracted from the experience. The restaurant didn’t open early enough, and there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Housekeeping needs improvement; we lacked coffee pods on the second day. Clarity at the front desk about room service would help—information should be communicated proactively. Parking rates are far too high without prior notice, and the garage gate malfunctioned. The blackout curtains need replacing; Cleanliness should be prioritized—dust and leftover water in the coffee maker are not ideal. Details matter. Address the problems, and it could be a standout stay.

The room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable. Temperature control worked fine, ensuring a pleasant environment. the bathroom had some cleanliness issues; corners were neglected and there was leftover water in the coffee maker. While the room appeared clean at first glance, I discovered dust and debris hidden under the beds. A washcloth left over the shower curtain was unsettling. Noise level was inconsistent, with some disturbances from neighboring rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the front desk staff was friendly, but communication about room servicing could improve significantly.

The location was perfect, right by the river and close to the business district, restaurants, and coffee shops. It was easy to get around and explore the city on foot or using public transportation.

Traffic on weekends, especially during events like football games, could be chaotic, impacting accessibility. The small rooms with unsupportive beds were disappointing.

I was really let down by the accessible room we got. It had stained curtains, a dusty AC, and a broken outlet. Thankfully, the next room was better, but the first was such a disappointment.

So, my recent stay at the Wyndham had its ups and downs. Let's get into it. First off, the room was decently sized and had a comfy bed, which was a big plus. there were a few things that were quite disappointing. For starters, the room temperature was hard to control, so it was either too cold or too warm most of the time. The lack of ironing facilities made it challenging to keep my clothes looking presentable, especially for nights out on the town. the air conditioning seemed a bit off, making it uncomfortable at times. On the bright side, the location of the hotel was fantastic! It was so close to all the Old City tourist attractions and eateries, which made exploring the area super convenient. The staff members were friendly and helpful, which definitely added to the overall experience. As for amenities, I was really hoping for some tea and coffee facilities in the room for those early morning pick-me-ups, but unfortunately, those were missing. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, though. The flat-screen TV was a good way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. One thing that could use some improvement is the room service. It took quite a while for my room to be cleaned and serviced, despite multiple calls to the front desk. The whole process felt a bit disorganized and rushed. In terms of services, I was a bit disappointed that the bar didn't have a bartender during my stay. This made it challenging to enjoy a drink in the evenings. The hotel also didn't serve breakfast until 11 am on the weekends, which was a bit late for my liking. my stay at the Wyndham had its highlights and low points.

The location was awesome! Within walking distance of historical sites and Market Street shopping. Check-in was super easy, got our room at noon instead of waiting until 4 pm. Convenient access to museums, city hall, and transportation hubs. Room was clean, had a microwave and fridge - very handy!

The room was small and lacked space to put our suitcases. No suitcase rack provided.

I had a blast exploring the historic city on foot from this well-located hotel. The gym and rooftop pool were nice touches. Coin's Restaurant & Pub served tasty food.

Mold galore causing breathing issues. Great for a health-conscious escape!

I had a fantastic time exploring the historic landmarks in Philadelphia, and the hotel's central location made it convenient to visit all the attractions I wanted to see. The well-designed spaces and thoughtful conveniences, such as the free WiFi and rooftop pool, added to the enjoyable experience.

Expensive parking.
